Happy 2009!

Our New Year's Eve day started out with a trip to the Family Fun Center in Southcenter. There were 3 of us that brought our kids and together we had 7 kiddos. I have to admit it was my idea to go there and have the kids play in the climbing area while the mommies were able to chat. This is not quite how it turned out. The kids were WAY more interested in all the video games than the nice contained climbing area. So we spent most of the time chasing them around from 1 game to the next. They did end up spending some time in the climbing part after all their tokens were gone.

After dropping the kids off at Grammy and Papa's for the night (love that! Thanks guys!) , we headed over to our friends Holly and Louie's house for the night. We were going to try to go to Seattle this year but the cash flow just wasn't flowing the right way this year, maybe next year (sorry Laura and Jeff). We ended up having a great time and met some new friends. Tom got to play poker with the guys, and won, and I got to dance with the girls. Last year we spent the night there and so decided to do the same thing this year. We don't like to be out on the road much past 8 on New Year's Eve, too many wackos!
