1st Dentist Visit

Dylan had his 1st official dentist visit today. He got his teeth cleaned and the dentist checked the overall health of his teeth. He did really well and said that he had to open his mouth really big like a dinosaur. Dr. Gallegos is an excellent pediatric dentist. His office is in Federal Way but it is so worth the drive for a dentist that both of the kids like. We found him when Makayla was 3. She had been running around and fell and cracked her chin against a fireplace at my mom's house. She hit her teeth together so hard that a lower back tooth on the left side cracked all the way down and had to be pulled and on the right lower side two teeth were chipped and had to be capped. It was her 1st visit to the dentist and he was so good that to this day she still doesn't realize that she had a shot in her mouth! If anyone is looking for a dentist for their kids I highly recommend this office. His staff is also super nice and great with the kids. Makayla got her teeth cleaned today as well. She loves going there. They both have a no cavity report and got a goody bag with new toothbrushes, floss, toothpaste and a toy. As soon as we got home Dylan had to brush his teeth with his new big boy toothbrush!
