The zoo in Seattle is so much fun! We went on our weekly adventure with Jo Dee, myself and the kids up to the zoo. Makayla's favorite animal was the cheetah and Dylan's was the elephant. I liked the gorilla with the baby on her back and I think Jo Dee's was the new Flamingo exhibit. I haven't been to that zoo since I was little and Makayla and Dylan had never been to it. It was fun to do something new. Afterwards we stopped at REI to look around and the kids played on the play structure upstairs. How is it that kids have SO much energy? We had just been at the zoo for 5+ hours and now they were playing away with just as much energy! We finished up with REI and headed over to the Old Spaghetti Factory for some yummy pasta. What a fun day!
